It has been four years since Mia Rose’s hardware removal and her foot is still doing great. Yesterday she competed her vault for Temple University at University of Pittsburgh making her long-time goal of competing in the NCAA a reality! Here’s a video of the broadcast
A Gymnast's Lisfranc Recovery Journey 
This is beautiful to see. My daughter also had a Lisfranc tear on 1/2020. She started her season this year with a bang!! Good to see that there is hope after such a difficult injury. May she continue shine as a NCAA gymnast.
